What is Care at Home?
Care at Home is a service which provides the extra support you need to make sure you continue to live in your own home and maintain your independence, privacy and dignity.
We know how difficult it can be to carry out even the most simple of tasks when you require mental or physical support. From young adults with debilitating illnesses to the elderly living with dementia, we can provide a carer tailored to your requirements and suited to your needs on an hourly visiting basis, or for 24-hour live-in care.
We offer a free homecare consultation that will help you identify if you could be entitled to free or part-funded home care and find the most cost-effective way of financing your homecare through local authority assistance or privately. We work to provide an environment that supports our clients using Person Centred Approach.
